WHY support Massaro farm?

In less than ten years we have resurrected a derelict farm from broken-down buildings and depleted soils to productive fields and abundant organic produce  - The farm has been nationally acclaimed.

THEN (2008):

NOW (2018):

We are succeeding in our three-part Mission:

Keep Farming

Feed People

Build Community

For the past four years, the Massaro MelonHeads have come in # One in Rock to Rock as the top fundraising team among some twenty non-profits. Will you help us keep up this winning streak? This is a major fundraiser for our farm. Despite our past success, we still desperately need your financial assistance because the problems we are addressing are tough.

  • Obesity and diabetes are epidemic among youth in our region,
  • Food insecurity among seniors and low-income individuals remains high, and
  • Climate Change is putting our country’s agriculture system at RISK

And WHO is Mr. MelonHead, Jon Gorham?
