Rock to Rock 2020 - Celebrating the 50th Earth Day

Join us on April 25, 2020

Sorry, registrations are currently closed.

Rock to Rock has a new website

Registration will open on our new website starting February 1. Save Saturday, March 6 for our official launch party!
This year, fundraising will happen through each partner organization's giveGreater page, in partnership with the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven. Riders will set up fundraising pages through your Rock to Rock partner organization's giveGreater page. This will allow more of every Rock to Rock donation to go directly to our partner organizations!

Access to this website ends Feb 1. If you want to retrieve anything, now is the ime!

Before moving to these new platforms, we wanted to make sure you had the chance to retrieve anything you needed from As a past rider or donor, you may want to save:
  • text from your fundraising page
  • a record of who donated to you in the past
  • a receipt for any donations you made (you should have already received receipts by email for all Rock to Rock 2020 donations).
Rock to Rock is moving forward for 2021:

Creating a safe, impactful Earth Day event April 24th.

We're excited to share that Rock to Rock is moving ahead for this spring. We are already working with over 20 partner organizations to take real action in response to the climate emergency, and raise critical support for local environmental organizations -- while respecting public health guidance.

We are exploring various Ride and volunteer options this year that will help people explore local natural beauty, build community, have fun, and support environmental/climate projects. Rock to Rock -- depending on public health realities in April -- will likely offer a range of ride, walk, service opportunities to allow people to safely participate in a way that is comfortable and exciting for them.

With the Community Foundation stepping up to receive Rock to Rock donations, the New Haven Ecology Project (home of Common Ground High School, Urban Farm & Environmental Education Center) will no longer need to act as fiscal agent for Rock to Rock. We are glad to have the Community Foundation's expertise behind us -- that's their strength! The Urban Resources Initiative, New Haven Leon Sister City Project, and 20+ other community organizations -- including Common Ground -- will continue to come together to make Rock to Rock happen. And, of course, Rock to Rock could not happen without our partners at the City of New Haven!
